Bladder “leakage” is a huge problem.

 

After all, your pelvic floor naturally gets weaker because of:

 

Pregnancy
Childbirth
Aging
Excessive straining from constipation
Supporting extra weight

 

Heck, even an unexpected laugh, sneeze or cough can have your underwear feeling a little damp…

 

Which is one of the worst feelings in the world, especially if you’re out in public.

 

And in order to stop bladder leakage and tighten your pelvic floor, you’re just supposed to do a bunch of kegels, right? Not so fast…
